Where do we find Josh's blog?
And is there a Search mechanism here to find out if it has been discussed already?

Welcome to the boards, eleanor. Without beating about the bush the answer to both your questions, I think, is that neither of them exist, so far as I know. However the following might help in the future:
Josh's official blog might magically appear at some future date on the Archers' Front Page:
If one of the posters had been inspired to write it, the completely imaginary version might be found in Fantasy Archers, alongside Pip's diary and Jude's journal.
There is no message board search facility. The quickest way I know to search for previous discussions [to which you have not contributed] is to load 200 discussions to the page and then use your browser's own search/find facility to search each page, for example:

The second link above is to Discuss the Archers, in which most things are discussed, from every angle.

There is no message board search facility.Â
Actually. recently, the blocking of Google has been lifted so you can use /that/ to search threads.
I tried it a few times but it is extremely limited in what results it produces. It's not really aa way of searching the board, because chances are what you are looking for won't appear in the search results.
