Need to do a bit of housekeeping. Could someone please tell me how to remove threads from the list of my discussions

Fi, if you used to use the script, it still works on the 'unimproved' messageboards, eg Radio 3

You can see all your discussions there and unsubscribe in the usual way (unsubscibe-o-matic still works).

Alternatively, you can do it via H2G2. I was able to do this by clicking on 'my discussions' here and then, in the address bar above, removing 'mbarchers' (but no other text) and replacing with 'h2g2'. Hit 'return' and it should take you to your 'conversation' list in H2G2.

Beside each thread title is a little star. Clicking on this will remove the thread from your conversation list. Do this for each thread you want to unsubscribe from and then come back here. The thread should be gone from your discussions (you may need to refresh the page).

A bit laborious, but at least it does work.

Fi, the easiest way I find is to open the thread, go to the URL, and add "?cmd=unsubscribethread" (or ?cmd=subscribethread" if you want to subscribe to a thread without actually posting on it). However, this doesn't apparently work in Google Chrome.

Thanks both. Have done the deed. Why on earth cant they have a system where you can tick a load and delete all at once? Took ages. Must remember to do it more regularly.

    Thanks again, Fi
