Once and for all, can anyone settle this:
In the same episode we have had Ruth saying
i) that Josh (or was it Ben) had got a ride home from the school bus stop with Joe Grundy and Bartleby in the trap (for which he charged £3).
AND
ii) that Jill would be "picking the kids up from school" on the day when she and David were going to the NFU Xmas lunch.
So which is it? Do the kids get taken to school, or do they get the flipping bus?
They get the school bus, David used to walk them to it when Ruth took over milking from Sam.
Ruth told David about Ben getting a lift from Joe from the school bus, so I think it may be a different one to the school bus Josh and Pip get to Borchester.
Jill was picking the kids up AFTER school, I thought, not FROM school: which, as they go to different schools, would mean the school bus(es).
