Sorry if this question has been asked before, but it's been annoying me for ages and I kept forgetting to check the message board to see if anyone else agreed. WHY does Ruari still have such a strong Irish accent?! He could barely speak at all when he left Ireland to live in Ambridge, and that was YEARS ago, and he is never exposed to Irish accents around the village! Will he still be speaking like this when he's 50? It stretches my credibility every time I hear him (which is sadly getting more frequent....)
Don't worry, it's not just you.

Santa's going to bring him a new Ambridge accent for Christmas - I've asked him specially.
xx
Tayler PLEASE can you put a sticky note at the top of this board and the DTA board about this subject? It is the most asked question and as we actually have an answer from VW surely it could be left here for all to see until the accent goes?
