    I note that to celebrate in style the demise of a major character, and the fact that 15 min extra was sqeezed out of Radio 4 last Sunday, that the omnibus on the 9th January is back to the previous practice of being edited down to 74 min to 'fit the space'. While editing out any mention of Helens baby will probably be very popular, and save around 20 min, it will rather spoil the effect of the longer Sunday episode. Can us Omnibus listeners have a full Omnibus please?

    The omnibus that'll be broadcast on Radio 4 on Sunday will be edited to 74 minutes, but the full version will be available online via catch up and podcast.
