Do I have to open a thread in order to unsubscribe from it? I have so many in my "My Discussions" list that I would like a quicker method if there is one.

Hi FleetingEileenM
Yes - you have to unsubscribe from each thread separately. Sorry!

Thanks Tayler. I'll do it bit by bit.
Eileen, if you use Proteus (the Script) you can multiple-unsubscribe (er, is that English?). It is /very/ handy.
Tried Proteus Bette, it doesn't work on my phone.

I am gradually trawling through the threads in "My Discussions" and unsubscribing from them.
(Bette, I don't use Proteus and as this is our main work computer I don't want to mess around with it too much.)
Tayler, I used to post regularly on the Radio 2 MB and there are many pages of my old threads but I can't unsubscribe from them as it just says that the discussion is closed.
Is there a way of getting rid of them? Is unsubscribing actually helpful to the running of this MB?

at least there is an unsubscribe button now (thank you thank you) - it used to be a right carry on via the r2d2 thingy place which I never understood and had no idea why it existed other than to annoy me when I was forced to go there to unsubscribe from stuff in here.

Hi FleetingEileenM
I'm not sure on either query. I'll see what I can find out.

Any news please Tayler? I have 13 current "My Discussions" and have unsubscribed from all earlier unwanted ones where I could but there are 300 threads mostly from the defunct Radio 2 MB still there and which I can't delete.
Does it matter?

Hi FleetingEileenM
I've asked the question, but no response so far! I don't think it should matter too much : )
