Please can you tell us all exactly when Freda's retirment will be?
She really is getting too old for all that kitchen work at the Bull. I know she's a sprightly old thing, but for heaven's sake, give her a break.
If she also retired from cleaning at Arkwright Hall, both her jobs could be fairyed to Clarrie?

I'm not sure how old the character is, but, from Who's Who, they celebrated their golden wedding in 2006, so, even if she was married at 16, that still makes her at least 81 now.
A truly remarkable woman.

Thanks, Dickie - wouldn't want to make her old before her time.

Hi Sixties
I'll pass on your comments about Freda's potential retirement to the team.
