As I understand it, all the dairy (yoghurt, ice cream & cheese) and veg will now be known as 'Ambridge Organics' brand.
But BF sales went belly up in July/Aug - what has been happening to the stuff since then? Has it been sold, & under which label?

As BF products, not selling v much
Good point, Erms.
It's not easy to dispose of that much milk on a daily basis, either, and economies of scale would mean that it wasn't economically viable to produce a tiny bit of cheese and yoghurt, I'd think.
Still, BF don't have any pressing financial worries now, which is a miracle.
what has been happening to the stuff since thenÂ
It's been feeding Tom's pigs.

IIRC we know that the extra milk is going to bulk organic milk, as the surplus always has.
So still an income - only the added value lost
You might think that it wasn't viable to only produce a small amount of yoghurt or ice cream, but that seems to be what has been happening ...
I don't see how the relaunch isn't going to spark off all of the e-coli business again.
