I remember listening, as a child, to an episode in which Pip was burnt (or possibly scolded?).

Does anyone know what actually happened and whether Pip should actually be covered in scars if this were RL?

Greg's at Brookfield to talk to David about the shoot and some access points to their land. David offers him coffee while also dealing with a bored Pip. While rummaging through some papers, the bored Pip, despite having been told not to (she is six after all) pushes the plunger on the cafetiére and starts screaming as she covers her arm and leg in near-boiling coffee. 2nd September
Pip's not too badly burned and she's being very brave and quite happy to be cossetted by a very relieved pair of parents(and grandmother and concerned Greg). She's also managed to wangle herself out of school next week and, because she doesn't want to move bedrooms just yet, it looks like the house-swap's postponed again
    6th Sept
he's got some contract work for the estate to be getting on with as well as taking Pip to the hospital for a followup appointment. She's been having trouble sleeping - stronger painkillers are on the request list.
    15th Sept
    Pip's gone to school today,
