I am a little concerned about one of the Chelsea gardens, where apparently the water has had black colour added to it to give it "impact" and aids reflection. Is this harmful to any birds that might drink from it!
I think black food colouring is sometimes used for this. So it probably won't kill them but it might make them a bit hyper.
