After watching the Chelsea flower show on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Úi. Carol Klein went round the different stands. She called one plant an disk eucalyplus, I have been trying to find one and even search on the internet to find out about it but have had no luck. Does anyone know the right name for this plant?
It has a long stem and leaves form a disk round the stem and when the leaves are done they brake around the middle of the stem and spin in the wind.
Hi there
I think it's eucalyptus perriniana, the spinning gum.
It was on the Hillier stand. It's mentioned here under star of the show
Hope this helps
