I really enjoyed the item in Friday's GW about the irises and that ladies search for the Sir Cedric Morris irises. Can anyone tell me please the location of his grave? Was it in the village of Hadleigh where he lived and presumably died?
Paul
He, apparently, died in Ipswich on 8.2.1982.
I don't know if that helps!
Thank you. Late last night I came across a website belonging to the lady searching for the irises so I shall contact her as she must know.
As a matter of interest, I have a small 'website' devoted to the graves of well known plant hunters and gardeners, hence my curiosity.
