On one of the other threads someone asked why the other TV channels don't have any gardening.
Well ITV West will have starting on Thursday night after the late evening news. I'm not sure this is what we wanted:
Especially not fronted by Melinda Messenger, nice though she undoubtedly is.
Sounds more like day-time telly to me.
Funnily enough I was looking at the two displays at the Eden Project on Monday...
I'm afraid the two (heavily) featured small cars dominated the gardens (as they took up at least two thirds of the available space) and while the poster next to it had a great deal of technical information on the cars' performance and fuel economy, there was next to nothing about the planting or the garden.
I suspect another programme, more about sponsoring a product and hitching a ride on the ecowagon, than gardening as it professes to be... as my husband remarked, "better to wait for an electric car anyway".
TalleyHo
I will have to watch the programme now just to see how much focus there is on the plants.
I'm guessing that we will see more of the participants and the presenters.
