I don't like Joe's Allotment (sorry). I would love to see Toby's, as a new allotmenteer I am interested in all things allotment and thus far I have been disappointed with this section on GW, Toby said he had had one for a while last week. He seemed to know more than Joe, and as much as I like Joe as a gardener, I don't think he is a great teacher when it comes to Allotments. This is why I watch the show - to learn.
Ah, I am alone in this one, eh? Ok.
No you are not alone, but this subject has been done to death before. If you trawl back through the posts you will see what I mean. Joe's allotment was started ages ago.
Here's one of the threads.
Oops! Done to death indeed! hehe. At least i'm not alone then.
As a New Allotment Holder myself. No you are absolutely not alone!

Toby has been writting the allotment slot in Amateur Gardening magazine for quite some time now
Thank you Mayflower - and good luck with your plot!
Thanks for the tip off about the magazine AFR, haven't settled on a particular magazine yet, now I know what one to look at again. Long live Toby.
You know I didn't watch the last episode on tv, oout of spite, but then saw it a few days later online, darn programme has me hooked!
