Being very brave I decided to try Toby Buckland's suggestion re. planting sweet peas over winter in newspaper rolls, toilet rolls etc. I have been pleased with results but have waited eagerly for mention of what to do now? Maybe I missed it at beginning of new series? Not sure what to do now!
September272 - Plant them out now into their permanent position.
Pinch out the top shoot, side shoots always grow stronger. Let them all run up a twiggy wigwam or select the strongest if you want to grow cordons for perfect blooms, the details of which need a whole new thread!
David can you ping your SP thread to the top: Heaven help me I can't find it:
Amazing - I presume you mean the one I started for last year :-
