This series was broadcast on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú4 in 2004. The Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú do not have a transcript, and dont seem to have an archive copy of the transmission either. Nor do the production partners the RHS or the National Gallery. The entire series seems to have been broadcast once and then quite literally thrown away.
Unless.......someone out there has a recording they can lend me or copy for me.......

Don't know if it's of any help to you, but on the Information Channel on Sky(I think Ch 180) at certain points of the day there are lots of arty programmes on.
There are pastels and oils etc and I do believe that there was one on painting flowers.
I think that it's some kind of Artists Club with the opportunity to buy their bits and bobs in the 'adverts' section.
Hope it helps

I can't lend you a copy unfortunately... but I share your appreciation of this series. Would it be worth trying the Open University? Sometimes they archive a lot of what is on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú4.
Many of the featured pictures (especially the 17th Dutch paintings) are on display in the Fitzwilliam Museum. so if ever you are visiting Cambridge, it's well worth a look around.

Aha! Thanks for the many suggestions emailed to me - I think I may have tracked down archive copies at the British Film Institute!
