Just rewathed some of episode two, and in some ways it was better.

    - The production team are now lazy, and rarely use indents for bits such as the 30 minute fix etc.
    - The thrifty tips section has vanished
    - 30 minute fix has lost it's princibles. It's no longer a easy thing to be done in 30 minutes, like making a herb sink but needs slot of tools, work and time, meaning it can't easily be done in 30 minutes.
    - Reminders. Again lazy production, we did have text come up summarizing what to do.
Generally it just seems some parts have been forgotten and it's produced carelessly with no uniform.

Yes, you are absolutely right. To fix the job in 30 mins, you need to prepare for it by going out and buying few things, gathering stuff like hammer, screw driver etc. So all in all, in reality, it takes up much more time and money. Its a FIX. You are right about other matters too.

Agree totally, it's like cookery programmes where they tell you a thai curry is dead easy, just stir fry the spices, add coconut milk and chicken, done in five minutes and you think, well who minced and chopped the ginger, onions, basil, coriander, chillis, lemon grass into those cute little prep bowls first?!
