I have noticed since GW been off air during wimbeldon all the moaners not here moaning about GW. No doubt they'll all be back next friday at 9pm moaning.
Some of us only moan when we are shown rubbish that is inaccurate and poor advice.
As I am someone who hates tennis it is also a travesty that the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú replace GW, however bad, with wall to wall tennis.
I am just glad it has been really good weather and light nights and I have been able to be outside.
And since you brought up the subject of moaning, it's Wimbledon not wimbeldon ;-D
no, us moaners have to put up with the non- moaners, who are moaning about the moaning. or lack thereof. ps- great post.
Ooooh look Gardener Jim has changed his name to veggie man and started a new thread especially to have a good old moan about other people!
Hi Jim! *waves*
I see you're still attacking other board users, and moaning on about people moaning then!
Actually, I've just realised I'm wrong. Jim isn't moaning about people moaning. He's now moaning about people *not* moaning.
Silly me.
Well there always has to be someone moaning about something
What a shame this nice fellow wants to moan that the moaners he usully moans about for moaning aren't actually moaning this week. There's no pleasing some people
Well done Stormy Pink.
You have managed to include five "moan" words in your sentence about moaners who moan about those people who are always moaning about the slightest thing that there is to moan about. Whether it is someone moaning or as the case maybe not moaning. As you say there is no pleasing some people.
Now lets see if anyone can get at least six "moan " words in a sentence

Well, I'd like to have a small moan. They say with buses you can wait an hour and then three come along together. We have had to go for several weeks without either Beechgrove or GW because of the tennis coverage, to be followed next week by two solid hours of gardening. I know there is no pleasing some people, and perhaps I am one of them, but personally I would prefer to have just half an hour of good topical gardening advice week by week instead of all this on/off scheduling. Perhaps the producers think that our gardens go into some kind of suspended animation during Wimbledon.
But, moaning apart, I am looking forward to seeing the Hampton Court Flower Show coverage.
green-buddha - I'm afraid you need to understand that gardening is seen very much as the poor relation by the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú. That's why they feel free to push it out of the way for tennis, golf, snooker, tiddlywinks or anything else they so desire.
darn it - you mean I missed the tiddlywinks competition..I wait all year watching these gardening programms waiting for it to arrive.. and then ...
green-buddah Is Beechgrove on for one hour this week? You said two hours of gardening!!
There's coverage of the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show as well as GW this week Amazing - and, I hope, the usual half hour of Beechgrove.
deepmire
you mean I missed the tiddlywinks competitionÂ
"Well no" it was banned by elf and safety on the grounds of it being dangerous, deadly weapons those tiddlywinks.
On the upside of wall to wall tennis, which I hate, I did get to see "Shaun the Sheep" at least it stopped me moaning too much at the tennis.
Frank.
