Sadly GW has not improved over the last few months. I tune in ever hopeful and ever disappointed. Superficial trite drivel, Carol Klein and I suspect Alys Fowler are good gardeners trapped in this awfulness. Swift a designer doing little design, but Buckland a disaster from day one.

Two negative threads in 9 months great going.
It was a bit better this week, and if you look at the other thread/threads you will see that most people are a bit happier this week. The only ongoing wrangle seems to be the 30 minute fix.

In agreement with RowanCottage here. The 30 min fix was just AWFUL but the rest was ok.

From discussions on another forum I would say that a number of us think that the show is still very poor and that Toby (as much as we really wanted him to) to be honest just doesn't cut the mustard. We are just tired of saying the same old things on here as all that happens is a heap of abuse from other board members. I won't say anymore, but I suspect the show has alienated a lot of the keener young gardening audience than they realise.
