Hi All,
Beeing Dutch means I watch most Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú programmes with the subtitles on. Lately - last 2 weeks - there seems to be a problem. The subtitles are too late, last to long and sometimes they don't show at all. More people having trouble with it? And what can we do about it, meaning is there a place to file a complaint on the net or such?
Thanks,
Mo.
I am profound deaf but had a cochlear implant. I rely on subtitles to enjoy the programmes. I know how frustrating it is when the subtitles are not in sync with the speakers. Last night's Dragons' Den was out of sync. You could try writing to the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú. have a look at www.bbc.co.uk/complaints
Good luck.
