Now that the programme has been reduced from one hour to half an hour, I have to ask if this is the 'beginning of the end' especially as the programme isn't as good as it used to be.
I used to video every programme so that I could watch it again as it was so full of information, but now I don't bother as the content is so poor. I know that many people are growing veg these days but this seems to have completely taken over to the detriment of features on flowers and shrubs. Not everyone is a beginner, but a lot of the features seem to concentate on this aspect of gardening, please remember those of us who are past the basics stage.
It was a half hour special. I quite enjoyed it but did notice earlier that Beechgrove is on prog 20 and GW is on 13. Wat happened to the other 7? They started at the same time in the spring.
Hello
Tonight 28th, I see the program is only 30 minutes long and I was wondering if it will be a visit to someone's garden like last week, I hope so as the cottage garden was a delight to watch. Will this be the format in weeks to come? Maybe Phyll_ostachys can give some information on this before he heads down the boozer for the weekend , or anybody else can help? If it is like last week I hope I remember how to set the recorder as it is a long time since I last taped the show
