No one is posting......because there is nothing on tv or radio for gardeners.GQT has become far more of a magazine programme and far, far less a "question time". The same can be said of the programmes on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Local Radio. There is nothing on Freeview tv at all!!
Gardening does NOT stop during the winter. Come on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú,Channel 4 et al, do something for us gardeners!!!! PLEASE!!
Yes please. After digging up some iffy parsnips I decided not to bother next year, but I would so like to be talked out of it by someone enthusiastic, Carol, where are you?
I believe Matthew Wilson's new programme on Channel 4 will be out in the new year. From what I can make out he is already out filming the second series, so they must be pleased with it...
I can't wait
Why is there such a gap in gardening programmes? Surely a little inspiration would be good for us all!
Can't wait for Matthew Wilson's new programme either Stormy Pink - but we will have to
Try listening to Radio Leeds on Sunday mornings between 9 and 11. Tim and Joe,Joe is Joe Maiden, while it's not wall to wall gardening because they do play a few songs as well, but Joe is a delight to listen to,and most questions that come in are of course seasonal.
For anyone out of the region it can be got via Internet Radio.
There is also a slot on Facebook,do a search for 'Tim and Joe on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Radio Leeds'.
The recent registration process will also help to get rid of a few more posters by putting them in pre-mod.
In spite of the fact that I've been around here for a few years, I now find myself in pre-mod and can hardly be bothered.
I escaped pre-mod here but not on the food board, not quite sure how I managed that!
