We often use subtitles when watching programmes as it means we don't have to listen to the unnecessary music, but we wonder why the titles that have been added can't be corrected before they are broadcast.

On Gardeners World tonight we noticed that Joe was making "round" earth walls instead of "rammed"; that "braks" were typed, not "bracts" and that you recommended "pink fur apples" not "pink fir apples"!

Thanks for the clarification. I have the subbies on as well as the sound ( sometimes the clarity of speech is not all it might be ) and I both heard and read ( as I thought ) "round" earth walls. I couldn't understand it...they weren't round at all!!! Now "rammed" makes much more sense - thanks smiley - biggrin
