Currently I am watching:
Grow your own Drugs - Tuesdays
Edible Garden - Wednesday
Gardeners World - Friday.
Its a good mix to watch, as I am hoping over the next few years to grow items in my garden which are both useful and pretty.
Grow your own drugs gives me idea's of what to grow to solve illness such as bay leaf tree, rosemary, lavender and roses.
Edible Garden is about growing fruit and veg.
Gardeners World is an all rounder that helps when looking after plants.
Hi Mike - add Landscape Man on Thursdays - not run of the mill gardening, but maybe some ideas to "borrow" Nan x
... and possibly AT's new series seasons starting 9th May at 7pm on ITV1.
Last weeks vegetable theme with CK and the chef bloke and of course GH Ornamental Garden were great.
I had another look for those two but cant find them. I did find another programme on bbc iplayer (How to live a simple life and Beechgrove garden), one based in scotland i think, wasent really to my taste. Too slow and dull.
Hi Mike
You should give Beechgrove another try, I too have just started watching it after recommendation from this board, its is a little old fashioned but very good information, and I’m now getting used to presenters, Jims a right card, a sort of eccentric granddad and I like Carol especially the way she rolls her ‘R’s. don’t give up on it too soon
