Hi all
Gardeners' World is back on air tonight at 8.30pm on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú2. The half hour is devoted to the gardens and nursery people at the Malvern Spring Gardening Show. Toby got a sneak preview of the floral marquee before the show opened and shows us a few of his favourite show gardens. Joe casts an expert eye over the garden designs and Carol looks at members of the rose family at the show.
Please visit the Gardeners' World website (www.bbc.co.uk/gardenersworld) for more information.
bring it on
D'you mean I can't watch Snooker? Or watch some paint drying?
Are you absolutely sure that there won't be a post-election debate, or a debate about the election, or a debate about the debates that may have influenced the election?
Coo - I might just watch it! But it clashes with ------- Have I got ELECTION news for you.
No contest.

I watched 'Have I got News for You' and very good it was. Went to watch GW on iplayer but it is not available until it has been shown on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú2 tomorrow night.
my tv i player insists on NOT SHOWING GARDENING PROGRAMMES! madness. everything else is on there. (everything else is unwatchable rubbish)
Not a bad program, nothing special but watch-able.
If they are visiting a show then could we have an hour and could they have a good look at what is on sale.
We got 2 seconds of the slipper orchids, could they have lingered a little longer...........
Hi
Half an hour only allows a very brief look at something like the Malvern Show and coverage was very shallow - why such a brief look at the winning show garden? It looked fantastic but we hardly saw it.
Why do you waste time in a programme devoted to a particular show by visiting other unremarkable gardens? If indeed the gardens are remarkable, then visit them for the main programme and do them justice.
This sort of programming is irritating - we want to see as much as possible of the advertised show.
I went to Malvern on Friday and watched the TV programme in the evening. I wonder did I go to the same show.
The Floral tent was superb with lots of very good didplays and some fantastic plants, but what did we see? Very little other than Toby swanning around trying to look important.
The programme was about Malvern so why use that rather pathetic young female presenter take us to a garden miles away (whats her name? - Alys I think).
The Rosacae family contains a fantastic number of very important ornamental and edible plants yet Carol Clien was taken out of Malvern when there was so much she could have shown us on the site.
I wonder why there is always so much emphasis on the gardens. This year they were mediocre to poor. The presenter on the Hansel and Gretel garden made it sound very interesting as a concept and it did look inviting yet it was not even mentioned.
I wonder if this is a sign of the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú at Chelsea to come? If so why do they bother?

Makes you wonder if any of the production crew are gardeners or if they all live in flats in Londooon.
Chelsea coverage on the red button is usually pretty good because they go round the plant stands and look at the gardens in more detail. Don't usually watch the main programmes just the red button stuff.
I must admit that the graphics for Chelsea are usually very good as well.
one of the show gardens
planting logs in the ground is likely to lead to honey fungus?
Just caught the latest programme on i player and really enjoyed it.
Have to agree with everything Toadspawn has said about the programme.
Have to agree that coverage of the Malvern Show was very poor especially when compared with coverage of Chelsea.
