On Sunday, GWT waxed lyrical and long about a particular small type of thyme, and the name of this was said only once! I did expect the chairman to repeat it, but was disappointed. It sounded like serfila. I've looked at the GQT site but can't find any summaries of items mentioned in the programme (unlike the far superior Beechgrove) - does anyone know how to find out what it was?
Could you listen again on iplayer?
Hi BES. Apologies I can't help with your question. I think I might be missing a trick though - can you advise what frequency/wavelength the Beechgrove radio show is on? I can find the tv show through Sky but can't find any reference to a radio show on the web. Thanks
I think it was Thymus Serpyllum.
That looks right, RedCauli - thanks very much.
With regard to the other question about Beechgrove, I think they have their own (very good) website, and you can access the programmes on there. I've only done this once, but it was a while ago.
Sorry, I didn't read message 3 properly. No there is no Beechgrove radio show - it is on TV.
Beechgrove Potting Shed on Radio Scotland?
