Has Alan T. chosen the new Chelsea Flower Show descriptive word.
Last year, every "link" used "confection" to describe the mix of planting but, it seems, this year he has dipped into the Thesaurus and chosen a new word: evocation.
Nice to have him back on the Beeb, isn't it?

His best quote last night was when he said he 'would give her one' in reference to the queen........................................
Nearly as good as the guy looking at monty last week at Malvern

Well done Dr Who, you spotted it early.
Last night there was another, "a watermill being an evocation of a watermill"......if I heard correctly, what is he talking about?
I think maybe he is pulling together ideas for a sequel to the fine tome "Yorkshire; 'ow it is spoke." with perhaps, "Bo****ocks; 'ow they are evoked." Come on Alan, get down off thi pedestal, there's a grand lad!
I'd still have him back on GW though. L
