  Dahliadelight - Sorry to be a bit picky about this, but I'm not sure what this competition is about.
  
  I would add that I'm a member of The British Rabbit Council and qualified judge. Normally (as with dogs & cats) awards are made in accordance with breed standards & the condition of the rabbit and other factors. This is decided by an appointed judge and the best in show is awarded to the best specimens from all classes.
  
  Of course, if this show is held under the jurisdiction of a pet feed company to promote their products and therefore open to pets, that's a different matter.
