when i let my courgettes out side after 4 weeks 3 out of 4 of them were ok.
1 of them however has drooping leaves( the 2 at the side) and they are slightly damp.
what is causing this?

If they were outside overnight then they have got frosted. If you're in the UK it is too early for them to be out at night.

i sowed them early though but what about the other courgette plants? they seem fine and healthy.

You were lucky with the other courgette plants. Frost can be extremely localized and some plants can be tougher than others. I wouldn't risk it again though if I were you. Keep them inside at night or if already planted out try to cover them up with something not touching the leaves.
