Hi, can anyone tell me if you can grow celeriac in pots and if so what kind of soil or compost is best to use.
Hi delphinia
Celeriac does well in containers
Choose a site that gets full sun. Celeriac likes soil that's moist, slightly acidic (pH 5.5 to 6.5), fertile and rich in organic matter.
Good luck
Thanks Petrubie, can I grow them in the greenhouse?.
That is one I haven't tried, but if they are grown in large containers and kept well watered it is certainly worth a try.
Let me know how you get on.
