Storing fresh (wet?) garlic

    I've uprooted two whopping sized garlic bulbs & would like to use them fresh as we use quite a lot anyway.

    If I have success with any others I'll consider drying them if I can't keep up with consuming them!

    With these fresh ones, I think I've heard them referred to as wet garlic, how is it best stored? Paper bag for darkness? In or out of fridge? I'll be expecting to use them within a week each roughly.
