High Vis Plum

  Hi All, I have a dual plum tree that’s in a 75l pot. Over the past month or so all the leaves have done yellow. I’ve tried giving it sulphate of Iron and magnesium in case it’s due to a lack of these but it hasn’t helped.
  
  I was walking up the path the other night as it was going dark and the only tree I make out was the Plum, it looked like it had a high vis jacket on. Can anybody tell me what else it could be? Is it due to being in the pot?
