My Cherry tree has put on a lot of new growth but i've not had any fruit at all. It's roughly 5 x years old and over the last three weeks i've noticed that some leaves half way up one of the branches have turned a red/black colour. After googling the description, it seems to be Bacterial Canker, although there are no cankers, or anything oozing out of the bark.
As i'm not sure what could be causing the problem, thought i'd post the question here.
Any advice welcome.
thanks, sharon
