Just noticed that all my tomatoes are showing signs of blight after 5 days of rainy weather, 3 are in a grow bag and they are gardeners delight the other 2 are in pots and are tomatoe tango, what can I do? I have removed the afftected leaves, which are mainly the bottom ones, the ones in pots I am going to move to separate locations, I could bring one into my conservatory but it does get quite hot, so it might just spread more, the top sections are ok so far, but with more rain due over the next couple of days it is not looking good, I don't want to spray with chemicals, is it worth growing some more from seed! Not fair was looking forward to home grown tomatoes!

If it is blight then I`m sorry to say that`s that then-there is no cure.

There is a possibility it`s something else and if the top growth is not showing signs then leave them.

If it spreads and you are sure it`s blight then remove the plants and burn/dispose of them.

And it`s too late to sow more seeds this year.

After taking off any affected leaves, if you stop them being wet by covering with plastic or taking them into your conservatory, they should recover.

Thanks everyone, I can take the 2 in pots into the conservatory, but not the ones in grow bags, I have got some Bayer fungicide to use too, and once it stops raining I will spray them, fingers crossed I have caught it early enough!
