I have squirrels,I have a mature walnut tree and indeed yes a cider apple tree-well several apple trees and a mix is sometimes better for cider.
This is a new recipe on the spur of the moment.
Take thee several bushes of apples and press them most profoundly betwixt layers of good cloth and saveth thee the juice therefrom.
In a barrel let the juice ferment and add thee two squirrels of full belly of nuts.
Leave until the morn of thy Harvest Supper and drain the liquor betwtixt butter muslin and put in flasks.
Take thee donations for the church roof fund before serving.
I will now retire to contemplate my BER and wish everyone a good growing time
