This is my first year growing veg and I`ve just found one of my large peppers that has fallen off my plant. It is a red pepper plant but this pepper is still green.
Is there anything I can do to ripen this or do I just use it as it is???
Just use it. Many varieties of sweet pepper go from green to red but they are just as good green
I thought that would be the way to use it. I`m not keen on green peppers but adore the other colours but that`s life.
I`ll use it later thanks for your help.
