I am growing 5 different varieties of tomato in my greenhouse and all except one are doing very well. I have noticed that all the Ailsa Craig plants have quite a few fruits that are partially ripened.
The bottom is over-ripe and the top is still orange.
I believe it is caused by heat or lack of potash.
The rest are fine. Are Ailsa Craig prone to this?

It sounds like your Ailsa Craigs have green back, cuased by a potash deficiency, or too much direct sunlight.
I think most older varieties suffer from these problems.
