Is anyone else growing "First in the Field" tomatoes? Mine are very healthy, sturdy-looking plants, with masses of fruit on them, but they are still entirely green and show no sign of ripening. I'm also growing Red Alert and Legend, which are ripening now, but the others are more like "Last in the Field".

As they're a bush tomato, you're not supposed to need to pinch them out at all, but I'm wondering whether I should take out the leading shoots now, to give the rest a chance to ripend up. Would this help? Any ideas?

It`s not a variety I grow but some pruning would be a good idea.

Just because it`s a determinate(bush) doesn`t mean you cannot take out some side stems
