Have 3 varieties of tomatoes which looks like it has late blight. Is it too late to use fungacide or do l destroy all the plants?

Depends how far it has got, and also how ripe the tomatoes are. If the tomatoes are ripe or nearly ripe and look OK, you could try to save them: remove the diseased leaves and shoots and any patchy-looking fruits(don't compost them. Then spray with Bordeaux mix or Dithane (I think Dithane has a 7-day harvest interval, which is not very helpful it they're already ripe.)
Some of my tomatoes began to show signs of late blight a few weeks ago. I did as above, and am now harvesting pounds at a time, even though some of the plants have few leaves now. One variety is not ripe yet but seems to have resisted the blight. I was planning to spray again soon, but it won't stop raining.
