I love this tale. The foxes on our allotment love to steal gloves.
I have often wondered if they use the gloves in committing the untold number of produce theft that occasionally happens on the allotment. They had two of mine recently always the right hand, I've thought about leaving the two left hands out now, then they would have a full set.
The image of a fox roaming around with my gardening gloves on the right hand side, ha, ha, ha, sorry I've just made myself laugh silly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o)

So that is where foxgloves come from!
