I have in the past had trouble germinating these has anyone any suggestions.
Julie, the secret is not to germinate, as i never have, but to take cuttings from your plants at the end of the season. This was the info i read about the pepino plant and have always done this. I've got 12 cuttings growing nicely on my kitchen window sill. I've never lost a single cutting yet. If you have space, i use my attic bedroom, i keep last years pepino plants up there, so you get an earlier crop from those plants next year.

Thanks I did not know that so am in a mess for next year as my only plant has been gotten by the frost. Will have to look on ebay to buy a couple as they are a fortune over here. Mind you everything costs a gazillion over here in paradise. Its the price you pay, oh well never mind. Thanks again
