Hi all
I planted my garlic in November, as recommended somewhere on here, and I've got a couple of shoot coming up - is this OK?
They are in wooden wine boxes on my patio - I thought they were supposed to get good and cold and then come up in the spring. After all the snow and frost I'm sure they had a good spell of cold weather but wasn't expecting them just yet.
I planted some last year but didn't have much sucess because I planted them in spring, so i'm trying again this year.
any advice.
Some garlic varieties sprout quicker than others and it is normal for some garlic varieties to have already sprouted.
