Went shopping and in a large store I found a little basket of strange looking garlic bulbs. They were "Aglio Monobulbo". They were about 3/4" - 1 1/2" spherical jobs. I'm going to plant them up and see what grows. Garlic without the fiddly bit of peeling cloves may be a plus. Cheers, Tony.

I've been using these for a while in cooking, they are also great for roasting.

I've sliced one up to have with my morning fried tomatoes, a lot less fiddly than t'other sort and rather tasty. Cheers, Tony.
