I have just emptied my bin and have 8 50 litre bags of the good stuff. Can I use it on plants as well as veg ?
Lucky you, Julie!
Yes, anything that grows in your garden will benefit from home-made compost, be it veg, flowers, shrubs or trees. Either dig it in or use it as top-dressing and let the worms do the work for you!

Same here Julie! We are just digging out our heap and using the compost to top dress the flower beds. Lovely crumbly stuff which I'm sure the plants will enjoy.
