We are considering to buy some so called "ballerina" apple trees. However, someone said they will only produce fruit after 5-6 years. Who has experience with this type of fruit trees? Do we have to wait for fruit so many years?
I've had one 4 years and no fruit so far although I'm not so diligent on the watering front so it could be that?
