I raised some nasturtiums from seed. They have about 3-5 leaves now. Should I - at some point - pinch out the top for a more bushy growth, or will this come later without doing anything? If I should pinch out, when is the best moment to do so?

I've never pinched out nasturtiums and, as long as they like the ground they're growing in, they grow and bush out by themselves. Their size and habit vary greatly from variety to variety. So, depending on this, you could pinch out branches once the plants get established in the garden. But I find it's not necessary.

"Suck it and see" what works or you. If it doesn't work you'll know what not to do next year.
