I want to have a go at making a high potash feed from seaweed.
Does anyone have any reputable recipies please?

Not sure about this. Seaweed contains potash certainly but it is generally very low in nutrients. It`s benefits lie in the minerals and trace elements it contains. Tomato feeds which contain seaweed usually have an elevated potash element (for fruit development) but I`m not sure this comes from the seaweed itself.
Take look at something I found ont tinterweb !

I agree, I think it is probably easier to buy tomato fertilizer and dilute it as directed. Seaweed is a good mulch or you can put it in the compost heap. I don't believe that in practice the salt content is of consequence.
I do put ash from the wood-burner around fruit bushes or trees, or in the compost.

Thanks for the info and links.
In the spirit of recycling and veg growing economics, I was looking for a cheap alternative tomato feed as it (Tomorite) remains one of the biggest expenses for me now.

Buy an "own brand" instead.
