    Hi all
I am growing the following this year: courgette, patty pan, tomato, cucumber, chilli, french beans, runner beans, lettuce, basil, corinder, salad leaves, radish and peppers.

Some of it i planted as seed and is growing outside already (south facing garden) lettuce, radish etc.

Some of it is in a small 'greenhouse' growing on until the chance of frost has gone. However i understand that the greenhouse maintains a temperature and stops frost but today even with the door open the courgettes and patty pan leaves had gone all limp, presumably because they got too hot??? They are pretty good plants now with 3-4 leaves, how do i go about hardening these off from the heat never mind the cold???

    Any advice appreciated xx

Take them out during the day and pop them back in the evening to start acclimatising them. If weather stays mild, should be ok to stay out after a week, but varies according to your location.
I've already planted out 2 courgettes but have fleece etc ready to deploy if required. I have sheltered walled garden in S Devon.

I got a bit exictied at the start of April & put everything out, sweetcorn, peas mangetout, runner beans, tomatoes, brocolli, cabbage & courgette. We've had a few frosts, but all i lost were some of the sweetcorn. Invest in a cold frame, they are worth their money, Best of Luck!
