Help growing from seed

    Hi Everyone,I have grown from seed cauli and puple sprouting and brussels now what do I do with them,they are all little plants with two tiny leaves,I managed to grow some spring cabbage this way but killed them, did I over or under water them?They are all in the green house.
    Help and advise please as I so want to grow some winter veg,I am a novice but am loving growing veggies,I have started to eat lettuce and have toms,cues,corgettes,runner beans broad beans all going well,its so exciting.

    If the two tiny leaves are the very first ones that appeared, they're not actually "leaves". They're called cotyledons. They're nourishing the baby plant. They will eventually drop off. When the seedlings grow a bit more you'll see the first real leaves.

    Where are they now? In a propagator? In modules? What they need now is as much light as possible and some warmth. Don't let them get too hot, though. Green houses can really heat up in direct sunlight and with no ventilation. Water only when the mix starts to dry out. They shouldn't be constantly wet. Most seedlings die from over-watering rather than under-watering.

    When they've grown some more, when they've developed real leaves, you can pot them up into individual pots where they can stay till you plant them out.

    Thank you italophile,They are in a green house in trays,I must of over watered my cabbage.I know now not to.
