About 6 weeks ago I bought an F1 cucumber plant, it was about 6" tall & looked very healthy. I left it in it's pot & put it in the g/house. 2 weeks ago I transplanted it into a large bucket, (now 8" tall.) It has'nt grown any taller but still looks very healthy, now 2 tiny fruits have appeared. Do I leave them on or will they stunt the growth of the plant & if I leave them on do I now need to feed the plant ? seems a bit early to me.

That does seem very slow but perhaps thats because mine is just very fast, I bought a Lemon Apple which is a heritage type of cucumber 4 weeks ago & it was about 2/3 inches tall at the time & its now about 3 feet tall!!!
